At Ghost, we're committed to not just providing exceptional interactive video experiences, but also ensuring that our pricing aligns with the growth goals of our partners. Our pricing tiers are designed to foster mutual growth, innovation, and seamless collaboration. You only pay for the features you want and the usage you need.
Plans are available monthly, with no annual commitments. You can cancel at any time.
Ghost's Pro plan starts at $29 USD per month for up to 5,000 Video Impressions per month. Upgrading to Ghost Pro gives you the ability to create a consistent brand experience and connect video engagement with sales.
Impressions are counted when a visitor sees one of your videos on-site.
Note:
If the Video Views limit is surpassed, you will be asked to upgrade to the next tier of Video Impressions.
The tiers are:
$29 USD/month for up to 5,000 Video Impressions.
$49 USD/month for up to 10,000 Video Impressions.
$99 USD/month for up to 100,000 Video Impressions.

By upgrading to Ghost Pro, you will also unlock exclusive performance metrics, white-label branding, priority support, and first access to new features.

Billing
A billing cycle refers to the specific period between billing statements during which you are utilizing Ghost’s platform and features. Your Ghost Pro subscription is billed monthly and is charged automatically to the card that you have on file.
You can access all invoices via your Admin Dashboard. Just head to Settings > Billing + Plan and select your invoice under Invoices.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact [email protected] or reach out via our support chat. Upon cancellation, your account will have access to Ghost Pro features until the end of the billing cycle.
