At Ghost, we're constantly striving to enhance your video experiences and provide you with even greater value across our platform features and service offerings. As a result, our plans and prices may change.

Here are answers to a few common questions about price changes:

How will I be notified of a price change?

If we’re updating prices, Ghost will send you an email, as well as display a message when you sign in to your Ghost Admin Dashboard, providing details about the price change one month before the billing date on which your price will increase.

In cases where you have exceeded your plan’s Video Impressions limit, you will be asked to upgrade to the next tier within your plan.

What if I didn't see the email or the message in Ghost about the price change?

If you did not see the email, please confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct.

Where can I compare Ghost plans and prices?

You can compare our current plans and pricing on our website and change plans at any time.

Where can I modify my Ghost plan?

You can modify and cancel your Ghost plan at any time. All billing and subscription details are available from the Settings > Billing + Plan page of your Ghost Admin Dashboard.
