Video Content Specifications
In order to create an Interactive Video in your Ghost Admin, the video and asset must follow the required specifications for the video to upload correctly.
The video must be 1080x1920 and < 512mb.
Recommended maximum bitrate of 10Mbit/s. Anything higher can result in playback issues for customers.
H. 264 or MPEG-4 AVC
The video must be in MOV, AVI, WMV, or MP4 format.
If the video doesn’t meet the outlined specs, an error message will display.
If the video does meet the outlined specs, the video will upload successfully, allowing the content to be published and the embed snippet to be generated successfully.

Cover Image Specifications
The cover image is what is displayed to audiences before they engage and play the video.
The cover image is automatically generated from your uploaded video; however, if you wish to select an different cover image, you can upload your desired image.
<1500px in width
<10mb / image
Note: Use portrait orientation for your image. The cover image will be cropped and scaled to 500x750px (2:3 ratio).
